This star missed his performance Wednesday night at the Vancouver Comedy Festival after border authoriets denied Mr.Dick’s entry into the Great Canadina North because of his “house arrest” ankle bracelet, part of his punishment for pleading guilty to drug possession and battery back in October, 2008.
